What is in the hydration range?
Ritua Hydrate, a sugar free electrolyte drink in Berry and Lemon Lime. Available as a 30 sachet box, a 4 sachet sample pack with both flavours, and single sachets.
How much sodium is in a serve?
1000mg of sodium per serve, among the highest available, plus 190mg potassium and 70mg magnesium to support fluid balance and normal muscle function.
Does it contain sugar or artificial sweeteners?
No. Hydrate is sugar free with no added sugar, flavoured and sweetened naturally with stevia and monk fruit, and made with Australian sea salt.
Who should not use Hydrate?
Hydrate is not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women, and should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. It is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food, not a sole source of nutrition.
