We ship across Australia and to New Zealand.
Processing and dispatch
We process orders Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. Most orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Rates above are in Australian dollars. Sample and trial pack shipping applies automatically to orders containing only sachets or trial packs. Express is charged on every order, including orders over $99. New Zealand orders are a flat $24.95 regardless of order value, and are not eligible for free or express shipping.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are a guide, not a guarantee, and start from the date of dispatch rather than the date you order. Weather, public holidays and circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at info@ritua.com.au and we will chase it.
New Zealand orders
We ship to New Zealand for a flat $24.95, tracked. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Other countries
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. If you are somewhere else and would like to order, email us at info@ritua.com.au and we will let you know when we open your country.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@ritua.com.au straight away with your order number and a photo of the damaged items and we will make it right.
