Shipping policy
We ship Australia wide.
Processing and dispatch
We process orders Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. Most orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders $99 and over. Metro 2 to 4 business days, regional 4 to 6 business days.
- Standard shipping $10.95 on orders under $99. Metro 2 to 4 business days, regional 4 to 6 business days.
- Samples and trial packs $4.95. 3 to 7 business days. Applies automatically to orders containing only sachets or trial packs.
- Express shipping $14.95. 1 to 2 business days. Express is charged on every order, including orders over $99.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are a guide, not a guarantee, and start from the date of dispatch rather than the date you order. Weather, public holidays and circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at info@ritua.com.au and we will chase it.
International orders
We currently ship within Australia only. If you are overseas and would like to order, email us at info@ritua.com.au and we will let you know when international shipping returns.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@ritua.com.au straight away with your order number and a photo of the damaged items and we will make it right.
