Welcome to the Ritua Website. When you access and use our website or purchase products from our website you agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions and any changes that we make to them from time to time (Website Terms). The Website Terms include our Privacy Policy. The Website Terms form an agreement between you and Ritua Pty Ltd (ACN 650 607 579) (Ritua). Please review the Website Terms carefully to ensure you understand and agree with them. If you do not agree, please cease using our website.

1.1. We do not provide medical advice. The website and the services offer health and nutritional information, but are designed for educational purposes only. 1.2. Except as provided by law, our website is provided as is and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information and content on our website, to the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) we make no warranties or representations that the website or its content will be complete, accurate or up to date. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

1.3. We may alter, suspend or discontinue our website or any content at any time without notice. We do not warrant that our website and content are secure, free from viruses, or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility for any loss resulting from your access to or use of our website and content.

1.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritua and our officers, directors, employees or agents will not be responsible for any loss, damage, costs or expense arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and its content. If any warranty cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service, the cost of resupplying it, or the cost of repairing the services.

2.1. You must only use our website in accordance with these Website Terms and not for any illegal, prohibited or inappropriate purpose. In relation to any content you post, you must not defame, abuse, intimidate, harass, threaten or offend others; breach any laws or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload harmful files; or hack, spam, disable or corrupt the website.

2.2. Without notice and at our sole discretion, we may immediately remove any content that we believe breaches these Website Terms.

2.3. We have no obligation to pre-screen posts and are not responsible for their content. We reserve the right to remove posts for any reason.

3.1. We may display content or links to third party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content of third party websites and make no representations about their accuracy.

4. Promotions, competitions and discounts

4.1. From time to time, Ritua may run promotions, competitions or discounts. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

5.1. All content on our website, including the Ritua brand, graphics, text, video and the overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to us and subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to view, download and print our content via the website.

5.2. You may only use our content for non-commercial or personal use, keeping intact all copyright and proprietary notices. You are otherwise prohibited from any other use, copying or reproduction.

5.3. You continue to own the copyright in your posts but, by submitting posts to public areas of the website, you grant us the right to use, copy, display, edit and promote your posts in any medium.

6. Privacy policy

6.1. Ritua collects and uses any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Customer testimonials, ratings and reviews

7.1. By submitting content as part of the Customer Ratings and Reviews service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the sole author and owner of the content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not violate any rights. You must not post content that offers a medical opinion relating to Ritua products. By submitting a review, you represent that you are not engaged in the production, marketing or supply of Ritua products, are not a health practitioner or medical researcher, and are not otherwise qualified to diagnose or treat disease. You grant Ritua a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce and publish your content across our websites, social channels and marketing. Ratings and comments are generally posted within 3 to 5 business days, and Ritua may edit or remove content at its discretion.

8. Governing law

8.1. Your use of our website and these Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the State of Queensland.

9. Updates to these website terms

9.1. These Website Terms are effective from May 2023. We reserve the right to update these Website Terms at any time without notice.

Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to the ordering, purchase, fulfillment and delivery of products from our website and form part of the Website Terms. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Ritua Products Pty Ltd (ACN 650 607 579). By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders

1.1. All orders you place are an offer to purchase the products for the price plus any delivery charge shown at the time of submission. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Ritua. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order.

1.2. Ritua reserves the right to reject your order for any reason, such as stock availability or delivery challenges. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will be made.

1.3. All products are for personal use only and are not for resale or commercial use.

2. Price

2.1. Products are charged at the price published at the time you submit your order. Ritua reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

2.2. We strive to display accurate pricing, but may make inadvertent errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any orders arising from them.

2.3. For purchases in Australia, all prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.

3. Delivery

3.1. Estimated delivery timeframes and order tracking information can be found on our Shipping page.

3.2. In addition to the price, you pay the delivery charge shown in your cart. If additional charges are required, we will contact you with a quote before accepting your order.

3.3. Risk and title in the products pass to you when they are delivered to your nominated address.

3.4. We do not guarantee dispatch or delivery within the estimated timeframes. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment in full is required at the time of placing an order.

4.2. By submitting an order you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Availability of product

5.1. If a product in your order is out of stock or cannot be delivered, we will amend your order and refund you for the undelivered product.

6. Cancellation and order amendments

6.1. If you need to cancel or amend an order shortly after placing it and before dispatch, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Change of mind returns

7.1. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully. Nothing in these Terms alters your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Other returns

8.1. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Ritua will accept returns and provide an exchange, repair or refund where the product is damaged or faulty and you can present proof of purchase. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

9. Refunds

9.1. Refunds are credited to the payment method used at purchase, and we aim to process them within five business days. The time to receive the refund depends on your financial institution.

10. Consumer guarantees and limited warranty

10.1. If your product is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description or is not fit for purpose, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or repair under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major fault you may ask for a replacement or refund; for a minor fault we may provide a replacement or online voucher.

11. Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ritua Parties are not liable for any loss, damage, costs or expense arising out of your purchase or use of the products. Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

12. Your personal information

12.1. By placing an order you acknowledge that your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Customer account

13.1. You may create an account through the website. You agree that all information you provide is complete, true and current, that you keep it up to date, and that you keep your login secure.

14. Updates to these terms of sale

14.1. These Terms of Sale are effective from May 2023. We reserve the right to update them at any time without notice.

15. Governing law; entire agreement

15.1. These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. If any provision is unenforceable it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
