Why it works
Magnesium is involved in hundreds of processes in the body, from muscle and nerve function to energy and rest, yet many of us do not get enough from diet alone. Ritua Magnesium Glycinate delivers 200mg of elemental magnesium per serve in the highly bioavailable glycinate form, chelated to the amino acid glycine for superior absorption compared with forms like magnesium oxide, and gentle on digestion.
Key ingredient
- Magnesium Glycinate: each capsule delivers 877mg magnesium glycinate, providing 100mg elemental magnesium (200mg per 2 capsule serve). Chelated to glycine for high absorption and gentle digestion.
How to use
Adults: take 2 capsules daily with water, preferably in the evening, to support restful sleep and relieve muscle cramps, or as directed by your health care professional.
Additional information

I was pleased to receive this 7-day trial pack of magnesium glycinate capsules via the Amazon Vine program. I can attest that I had a positive experience taking the supplement. I sometimes suffer from cramps and restless sleep and found taking magnesium relieves me of those problems. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I had no issues with stomach irritation or any adverse reaction from taking them. I really like that these are vegan and made in Australia by an Australian company. My only issue with them is the price. Taking them every day is not an affordable option for me. But the quality is there and the Australian TGA listing could tip the value proposition for me. Effective product for me.
Ritua Magnesium Glycinate - 877mg capsules offering 200mg elemental magnesium. Australian Brand (Gold Coast), indicating in their advert Australian manufacture and full TGA compliance. This is great to see - especially on Amazon where buying any supplement is often a roll of the dice and a genuine health risk. On this basis I would rank Ritua as I do some of the brands I see in local health or beauty stores selling white label goods. why use Glycinate over Magnesium Salt... 1. gentle on stomach, 2. No laxative effect. 3. Higher absorption (further into your gut vs Mg salt). The trial pack is expensive and I don't know that it is sufficient for a person to see the full therapeutic benefit they may achieve if it's consumed for more comprehensive goals than "sleep" or "relaxation". I think the full bottle will be the right choice for most individuals. Do they sell through other avenues? That would be worth assessing too for locals or other Australians.
I really like that this comes as a 7 night trial. It’s a great way to try magnesium glycinate without committing to a large bottle straight away. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that each serving provides 200mg of elemental magnesium. It’s also vegan and gluten free, which is a nice bonus. I’ve found magnesium glycinate easy to add to my evening routine, and the smaller pack is particularly handy for travel or just testing whether it’s something you want to continue using. Overall, a convenient little trial pack and a great way to give it a try before buying a larger supply.
This is a straightforward magnesium glycinate supplement and I like that the label states the elemental magnesium rather than just giving the much larger magnesium glycinate compound weight. Two capsules provide 200mg elemental magnesium, which makes the actual dose easy to understand. The capsules are easy enough to swallow and I had no stomach upset from them. I mainly take magnesium in the evening and this form suits me better than some of the cheaper magnesium products I've used. The problem is the price. This pack contains only 14 capsules, so at the normal two-capsule serve it is just seven days worth for around $15. That is expensive compared with buying a normal 60 or 120 capsule bottle. As a trial pack it makes sense if you specifically want to see how magnesium glycinate agrees with you before buying a larger quantity. As an ongoing purchase though, I would go straight to the full-size pack or compare other brands. Good product, questionable value in this particular size.
So far, the product has done what I expected without giving me any obvious problems. Several features stand out. Pure magnesium glycinate: each capsule delivers 877mg magnesium glycinate, providing 100mg elemental magnesium (200mg / 2 capsules per serve). Supports refreshing sleep and muscle relaxation: magnesium glycinate supports restful, refreshing sleep and helps relax tense muscles. Relieves muscle cramps and spasms: helps relieve muscle cramps and mild spasms and supports healthy muscle function and contraction. It is also straightforward to work into the routine it is designed for, without unnecessary complication. Results will naturally vary, so the label directions and relevant care guidance should still be followed. Overall, it feels like a sensible, well-presented option that delivers the function I wanted. With any supplement, the ingredient amount, serving directions and how easily the capsules fit an existing routine are more important than flashy claims.

This is a great magnesium supplement. Firstly, love that it is magnesium glycinate..which is so much gentler on your stomach and better absorbed than other types. I also love that it’s an Australian brand, which usually means there are higher quality standards. I had been using Swisse magnesium tabs and the Ritua one is a cleaner supplement that doesn’t have all the preservatives and fillers in it, which is a huge plus for me. The only downside is that there is less per capsule…so you have to take way more tabs for it to equal the Swisse one, making it far more expensive.
The label gives 200mg of elemental magnesium per serve rather than quoting the weight of the glycinate compound and letting you assume, which is the number that actually matters and the reason I picked this one. No health claims from me — I'm describing the product only. The capsules are a vegetable shell, smooth and a manageable length, and there's no bitterness if one sits on the tongue for a second. Nothing rattles in the bottle, so they're filled properly. The foil seal under the cap was intact and the batch and expiry are printed on the label rather than stamped illegibly on the base.
I absolutely love that Ritua is a local Gold Coast brand and that all of their products are actually TGA registered. I've tried multiple products from them and they seem like they're really good quality. Although it's great to see a magnesium glycinate product from them, the cost of this trial pack doesn't seem economical. Fair enough, you need to factor in Ritua's shipping cost and split to Amazon, but if you're going to try their magnesium, I'd say just go for a full bottle instead of getting the trial pack.
I've been taking these as part of my normal evening supplement routine because the capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle provides a generous supply. I also appreciate that they're vegan and gluten free. It's difficult to assess the individual effects of any supplement over a short period, so I can't comment on specific health outcomes. From a usability perspective though, the capsules are straightforward to take, the packaging is clear, and they fit easily into my daily routine.
I’ve been taking these magnesium glycinate capsules as part of my evening routine, and they’ve been really easy to incorporate into my day. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they’re gentle on my stomach. I appreciate that they’re vegan, gluten free, and provide a good amount of elemental magnesium per serving. The bottle also lasts a while, making it good value for daily use. Overall, this is a quality magnesium supplement that’s simple to take and fits easily into a daily wellness routine. I’d happily purchase it again.
These magnesium capsules are a great way to help with muscle pains and improve sleep. I love that they offer a sample packet so you can make sure you don’t have any reaction to them, and see if they have a positive effect. Pros: - 7 day sample size - easy to swallow capsules - gentle on tummy (didn’t upset my IBS) - bag is resealable - improves muscle aches and sleep - Australian made Cons: none! While I haven’t tried this brand before they seem to work just as well as pharmacy brands and are Aussie made, which I love.
I've been using this magnesium for a couple of weeks now, mainly to assist with relaxation and sleep - and I've been very happy with the results. This form of magnesium is considered the most effective types, so absorbs well compared to other types. The capsules are easy to take and leave no after taste. I take 2 capsules (200mg) at night just after dinner, and find I have a much better sleep and wake refreshed. I used to take melatonin regularly, but like this option better (and it's far cheaper than melatonin) The best thing is that it's made in Australia. There are many magnesium supplements sold here, and many are made in China - with no local registration or obvious testing, so you have no idea whether it has any magnesium in at all. Can definitely recommend
This magnesium glycinate has become a really reliable part of my nightly routine. I take it before bed to help with sleep and muscle recovery, and it’s been a great addition — gentle on the stomach, easy to swallow, and no weird aftertaste. The capsules are a good size, and the glycinate form is one of the better‑absorbed types of magnesium, so it feels like a quality product rather than the harsher oxide versions. I also appreciate that it’s Australian‑made and clearly labelled, with a generous 120‑capsule supply that lasts a while. It fits seamlessly into my evening routine and has been helpful for winding down and easing muscle tension after busy days. A solid, well‑made supplement that does exactly what I need.
I'm always happy to find Australian brands selling an Australian made supplement like this - it gives me a little more confidence that the pills indeed hold what's written on the label. My partner has been supplementing with magnesium for a while in an effort to help reduce restless leg symptoms and other issues that interrupt sleep. She is picky about the 'type' of magnesium supplied, but was totally happy to try this Ritua product after checking the label (especially as she has run out of her usual magnesium supplement). She has been on these Ritua magnesium capsules for several nights now and has reported much better rest taking two of these before bed. Of course that's anectdotal, but For what it's worth I also noticed a mood lift (if you get better sleep, you're going to be happier)! This is just a 14 tablet sample pack so isn't going to last long. Still, it's nice to be able to try a product like this first, and I appreciate Ritua offering this sample size. Depending on price vs the usual product, we may well be ordering this in the 120 tablet bottle. Our take - A legitimate and effective supplement from an Australian business. Absolutely worth consideration next time you're after a magnesium supplement.
When I received this, I only realised that it's a trial pack. There are 14 capsules of Magnesium Glycinate in this pack. The pack is resealable to keep the capsules airtight and fresh. I've tried it for a few days. Each capsules contain only 100g elemental magnesium, which isn't enough for my daily needs. I would have to take two capsules or pair it with another type of magnesium supplement. Despite saying this, I think this is a good magnesium glycinate supplement. This company is reputable and I would trust them. It's great that they have this trial pack for customers to try it because buying more. I have heard of people not getting good results with magnesium glycinate. Everyone is different so it's good to try it first. I have magnesium glycinate for myself. I sleep so much deeper and so much more relaxed.
I’ve been taking these magnesium capsules for a couple of weeks now, and I’m genuinely surprised at how much they’ve helped my nighttime routine. I usually struggle to switch off after a busy day, but these seem to help me feel a bit more relaxed and ready for bed. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any weird aftertaste or stomach issues, which is a huge plus. It’s a nice, simple way to add some extra support to my evening without any fuss. The bottle size is great, so it lasts a while, which makes it feel like good value. Overall, I’m really happy with how these are working for me. Pros: Easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste, helps with relaxation. Cons: Bottle is a bit large to store in small spaces.
This is a 7-day supply or trial pack for Ritua Magnesium Glycinate capsules. I have started to take magnesium again recently as I'm often struggling with leg cramps and tight muscles and magnesium does seem to help with this issue. I've heard a lot of about magnesium glycinate in recent years as being a more gentle form of magnesium for stomach health and absorbability, so I was quite happy to give this one a try. This small package of 14 capsules comes in a resealable foil bag which can be resealed. Each serving is 2 capsules making this a week's supply if taken daily. There is also an option to buy this product in a larger bottle, but this small pack gives an opportunity to try it out first. It could also be useful to take pack in your luggage if travelling and wanting to take up less space. These capsules are quite easy to swallow and don't have any scents or flavours. Happy to order from an Australian company. Happy with my order.

This is a cute little 7-day trial pack with rather premium-looking packaging, very stylish. I’m not familiar with the Aussie brand Ritua, they’re based in Mermaid Beach, QLD. The resealable pouch contains 14 Magnesium Glycinate capsules to support muscle function, relaxation and sleep, and relieve muscle cramps. Directions recommend taking 1-3 capsules daily with water after food. The capsules are vegan. I’m already taking Magnesium tablets, they’re quite large and hard, not the easiest to swallow, so I’m quite happy to trial a capsule, which is a little smaller, softer and much easier to swallow. In fact, I would much rather take capsules than hard tablets, simply because they are so much easier to swallow. If you take 2 capsules daily, the trial pack will last you 7 days. (2 capsules = 200mg Magnesium, which is the quantity I am already taking daily.) I feel that $14.95 is very expensive for only 14 capsules and I do question whether someone trialling these capsules for only 7 days is going to experience a noticeable difference in their wellbeing after only a week. If you buy the full-size product, cost per capsule is only $0.45. The tablets I currently take cost $0.21 per tablet.
These magnesium glycinate capsules have been a nice addition to my evening routine. Each serve gives 200mg elemental magnesium which helps with muscle relaxation and reducing cramps, and I have noticed better, more refreshing sleep after taking them. They are easy to swallow with no aftertaste, and being vegan and gluten free is a bonus. The 7 night trial pack of 14 capsules was perfect for testing them out first and now I’m happy to purchase a bigger packet.
I've really enjoyed using these magnesium capsules. They're easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, and have been a simple addition to my evening routine. While it's always hard to know exactly how much a supplement is doing, I've been happy to keep taking them as part of my nightly wind-down. I appreciate that they're Australian made, vegan, and free from unnecessary additives. The 7-night trial is also a great way to see if they're a good fit before committing to a larger bottle. Overall, they seem like a high-quality magnesium supplement, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to increase their magnesium intake.
This magnesium glycinate comes in one small pouch 📦. Arrived brand new, It's an Australian company, but couldn't find any information about its country of origin, so not sure where it made from, good until May 2028. Tear open the top heat seal and there's another ziplock inside. As a travel or trial pack, that's a very handy way to store it—it doesn't take up space and it's less likely to get lost or contaminated 💡. There's 14 capsules in the little bag, but the suggested use is 1 to 3 capsules per day and eat after meals. So even though it's marketed as a 7-night trial, if you need a higher dose it won't even last 5 workdays 😅. At close to 15 AUD per pack, that works out to a little over 1 dollar per capsule. Whether 2 dollars a day for help with sleep is worth it is something to think about 🤔. If you're not sure whether it works for you, spending 15 dollars to try it once is totally fine, but for long-term use I think it needs more careful consideration 🥸.
A straightforward magnesium glycinate supplement that stacks up reasonably well against the market once you look at the actual numbers. 200mg of elemental magnesium per serve is a genuinely solid dose, sitting on the higher end for a single serving supplement and covering a good chunk of your daily requirement in one go. Magnesium glycinate as a form is well regarded for being gentle on the stomach and well absorbed compared to cheaper forms like magnesium oxide, so the formulation choice here is a sound one. Price wise this comes in at $54.95 for 120 capsules, which works out to a bit under 50 cents per capsule. Compared against other established brands offering the same elemental dose, that puts it on the higher end of the market but still within a reasonable and fair range, not an outlier or overpriced compared to genuine competitors. Being vegan and gluten free covers the bases for anyone with dietary restrictions, and the format is straightforward, no unnecessary additions or filler complicating things. A solid, well dosed magnesium supplement that's fairly priced for what it delivers. Worth considering if you're after a proper elemental dose without excessive markup.
I like the small form factor of this pouch, allowing you to carry it along on a week long trip. The Magnesium in this form is incredibly potent and mild on the stomach. Since incorporating it into my nightly routine, I have noticed an improvement in how deeply I sleep, with consistency higher sleep scores on smart ring. I have also noticed better bowel movements, and faster exercise recovery (probably for the better sleep as the result.). The pouch also included a moisture absorber and the packet seals easily as well. Great way to trial out the supplement before committing to a larger bottle.
