DELAYS & DAMAGES

If your order is taking longer then our specified time frames or it arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@ritua.com.au with your order number and photograph of damaged items (if relevant).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Ritua will gladly accept return for any product which has arrived in unsalable condition.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Ritua Pty Ltd will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Ritua may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any nutritional products due to change of mind once opened. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

However, If you do find after consumption you notice an adverse health affect please get in touch with our team immediately via the contact us section as your health is our top priority.

Ritua reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

  • Our capsules are made from cellulose (a natural plant based material).

  • All of our products are proudly made in Australia.

  • If you have any medical condition or are on other medication, please have a chat with your healthcare practitioner for more information on whether our products are suitable for you.

  • No. Our formulas have not specifically been formulated for women during this time.

    During pregnancy and breastfeeding it is very important to not take supplements that are not specifically cleared by your health professional. Please check in with your health professional to assess if they’ll be suitable for your individual needs during this time.
