Very happy with this creatine so far - blends well and no taste

We have been wanting to try creatine for a while, so I ordered this Ritua 100% micronised Creatine Monohydrate to add to our post‑workout smoothies. Being budget‑conscious, we were pretty happy when we worked out that this 1 kg pack provides 333 servings — almost a year’s supply for one person at one serve per day. The powder is completely tasteless, which is great because it doesn’t change the flavour of our smoothies at all. We have not tried it in any other liquids. It blends easily using our portable USB powered protein blender and it doesn’t affect the texture either. We have only been using it for a couple of weeks so far, but haven't noticed any stomach discomfort while using it. We are aware that it can take some time before any effects are noticeable, but are very happy with the product so far and looking forward to seeing whether it delivers the benefits we're hoping for.

Not just for men, ignore the branding

The packaging is "premium" feeling, the seal reseals securely. The powder itself mixes very well in water (I did this to test for this review, as I normally use creatine in smoothies so the powder being "micronised" isn't as important to me, however if you use a shaker with water only this will be far more important to you. As it's quite pricey I would recommend this for people who mix their creatine in water only, otherwise there are cheaper options which will achieve a similar result. I can't tell any difference between the results of this and my usual creatine powder, appears to be the same in that regard. The "for men" and "for women" versions of this powder are identical (check the Nutritional Information for both), so it's pretty silly marketing, but it's a solid product regardless. If one is cheaper than the other or out of stock just buy the cheaper/in stock item obviously.

Reliable, no-nonsense creatine

This creatine mixes cleanly into water and shakes with no noticeable taste, which makes it easy to take daily. I’ve been using it consistently and found it gentle on digestion, with performance benefits building gradually. The large tub lasts a long time, which helps with value. A solid choice if you want pure creatine without extras.

Works as it should

5 stars. This creatine has been good value, especially for a full kilo of 100% micronised, unflavoured powder. It mixes easily into water or a shake and gives a noticeable extra boost for workouts and recovery without any weird taste. We have enjoyed drinking this pre and post workouts in our shakes.

Great value for 1kg

The creatine is exactly what it says on the packet: pure 100% micronised creatine. I’ve found that it mixes really easily, leaving no clumps or gritty texture in my shakes. It has been perfect for pre and post-workout smoothies and juices, blending seamlessly with a shaker ball or a small electronic whisk. However, you may experience uneven clumps of powder if you add the powder last, or if you aren't able to stir or blend it thoroughly. As it’s unflavoured, it doesn’t alter the taste of my drinks, which is exactly what I wanted as a picky person. The quality feels reliable and consistent, which is the main thing I look for in a supplement. There’s nothing flashy about it, but it does the job at a very competitive price point. It’s a basic but solid choice for creatine and is suitable for both men and women, regardless of the marketing.

Easily digestible for me

Using this creatine every day has become such a normal part of my training that it feels like another basic staple, like oats or coffee…. I like how simple and hassle-free it is to use…. it is completely unflavoured and odourless, and it disappears into my pre-workout protein… With pure creatine monohydrate and no fillers, you get exactly what you are paying for, making a 1 kg bag very cost-effective… No problem with the digestibility as well… suits my body.

Good bulk creatine

While there's nothing specifically "for men" about this creatine (it's literally just creatine, which is for everyone), other than the branding/packaging, this is still a decent product. Flavourless, odourless, easily dissolved creatine in a bulk pack. While I disagree with the man branding, the packaging itself looks quite nice on the shelf, especially when sitting next to it's 'for women' branded counterpart. I suppose it would be easy to keep track of whose bag is whose, if you're a couple scooping from separate bags.

nicely packaged dissolves well

This is normal 100% Micronised Creatine Monohydrate: Designed for easy mixing and smooth consistency, this powder fits seamlessly into your daily routine. The price is a little bit more expensive, than other identical products. it is nice packaging and dissolves well. There's no chemical reason why this is labelled as strength For Men as it's identical to all other 100% Micronised Creatine Monohydrate and will definitely help with muscle development regardless of gender. I added it to my creatine container and have been using it daily for about a week,. creatine is fabulous for, every active person.

Micronised Creatine Monohydrate 100%, disperses quickly!

Great quality micronised Creatine. Although the packaging is designed for men, it contains the same ingredients as the Women's formula. I like to support Australian products. This powder disperses quickly. I mix 3g scoop (scoop saved from another product) in my 600mL water bottle for the day, and drink prior and throughout my workouts. It definitely helps with cognition as well.

Fantastic clean product that is especially made for men

I bought this creatine for my sons who are regular users of creatine because this is especially designed for men. It is 11% micronised and unflavoured so it is super easy to add it to your protein drink, a smoothie, a preworkout or simply add it to a glass of water, the options are endless. The benefits of creatine is huge- not only is it simply good for your body but it builds strength, lets you train harder and also helps you recover faster. There are no fillers or additives in this creatine and it's a 1kg pack which is so economical and will last you for quite a while compared to buying small tubs which cost more. This creatine has given my sons power, lean muscle and consistent gains while training and they couldn't be happier.

Easy to take, great value energy, muscle building source

This micro fine Creatine powder, mixes very well with my protein powder, and it mixes with water also no problems. Other different brand Creatine I've used, do not mix as well, ending up feeling like sand in your mouth. This one, though a little gritty, is so fine, you can barely notice it, so it goes down easy. You really have to concentrate to notice the texture. As to the energy levels you would expect to get from it, only time will tell. It takes a few weeks, of consistently taking it everyday to gain benefits. If you are into heavy lifting, or high impact sports, this is a must. You only need to take 3 grams, about half a teaspoon, each day, meaning the 1 kg pack is going to last you a very long time. Being such a small amount to take, makes it an easy routine to maintain. That make this pack, an extra value for money proposition.

Good value bulk buy

I use creatine a lot for both sports/training and general cognitive health, so I buy in bulk. This is really good value for 1kg of powder. While the old recommendation for creatine use to be 5grams, now it's more like 10grams - so basically that's between 100 to 200 doses per 1kg of powered, do you basically only need to buy this about twice a year! Mixes well and performs well. I respond well to creatine, so I know it's working when I can feel the "push through" I can achieve when I'm doing endurance cycling and lifting heavy. This seems to perform the same as other brands I've tried. But - I'm not sure why it's packaged for men, as creatine is creatine.

Product states Au made, clean minimalist creatine supplement

Ritua Creatine Monohydrate: Australian made, seems free of additives and the bag is solid and resealable. I'm unsure if it's the composition, but this is quite difficult to fully dissolve or get into suspension in water. Not a big issue given the different ways we can consume it and may actually point to it being a cleaner mono-supplement. It has not been long enough for me to determine if the supplement is doing its job. I'll update over time. I can say I have had no negative effects from the product and it appears to be a trustworthy source (not always the case on Amazon with anything you consume).

Will last quite a while

Good value for a 1kg bag of creatine - the powder is fine and mixes easily into drinks, especially if you use the blender. But works just as well when mixed in a shaker bottle with a protein shake. A few household members take creatine so this size works well for us. I'm not sure how it's different to the version for women - both males and females use it in my household.

daily use

This creatine powder mixes easily and has no flavour, which makes it simple to add to shakes. It seems to work as expected for basic supplementation. The texture is fine, though not the smoothest I’ve tried. Overall, a straightforward option for daily use.

No smell, fine texture, mixes easily in water

This creatine supplement powder has a very fine texture and no chemical taste or smell, unlike some I’ve tried from Chemist Warehouse. I mix 5g into my daily electrolyte drink before workouts, and it dissolves completely with no clumps. I also compared the men’s and women’s versions - there’s no difference except the packaging, so either is fine. It’s easy to use and convenient for anyone looking for a neutral-flavoured, mixable creatine powder.

Excellent

I've been taking creatine for years and this is an excellent option! It's a 1kg bag so you should have enough for 6 months to a year depending on how much you take. It's a fine powder and I couldn't taste any 'chemical' like flavour. It seems to mix well too. Similar price to other brands. Only downside is that I'm not sure if it comes with a scoop. It could well be lost in all of the powder, not a big deal anyway as most people will have spare or you can just use half a teaspoon as indicated on the packet.

Reliable Creatine

Second time using this brand and it continues to impress. The quality of the creatine is great! it’s finely micronised, mixes easily with water or shakes, and has no noticeable taste, which is a big plus. My husband uses this version while I take the women’s version from the same brand, and we’ve both noticed a real difference in our gym performance. Improved endurance and quicker recovery have definitely stood out. Reliable, effective, and great value for the size.

RITUA Creatine

The RITUA Creatine Monohydrate is a straightforward, no-nonsense supplement that does its job perfectly. The micronized formula mixes easily in water or a shake without grittiness, and being unflavored means it won't clash with your preferred protein or juice. A 1kg tub offers excellent value and lasts for months with a standard 5g daily serving. As the most researched form of creatine, it's proven to support strength, power, and muscle recovery during high-intensity training. For anyone looking for a pure, effective, and affordable creatine source without additives, this is a reliable and sensible choice.

Zero taste

It not as if I have a spoonful straight out of the packet but whatever I mix it with I have no idea that’s it’s been added. Seals very easy after use and stands up well of the countertop.

Works

Excellent quality creatine that dissolves easily in water. Being unflavoured makes it super versatile, so I can mix it with anything without changing the taste, I've mainly put it in jelly which works well. Definitely micronised. It's a bit odd that it's marketed specifically for men when it's just pure creatine.

Excellent creatine

Most definitely micronised, as soon as you stir it the particles immediately disperse making it very easy to drink. I've used others that claim to be micronised then Large granules sink to the bottom. Only negative is no scoop included, and its a little weird that it's marketed for men when it's pure creatine.

It is indeed a high-quality creatine supplement

Indeed unflavoured creatine. Not sure regarding its purity since for this I'm unable to test, but I do believe it must be quite high. For me personally, I've been taking creatine for a while, and this is probably doing its job since I've noticed no difference between this and my other brand.

Solid, no-frills creatine powder

Been using this for about a week post-weights and noticed slightly less fatigue. The powder is fine and mixes quickly in water or juice without clumping. It’s completely tasteless, which is a plus if you already have a flavoured shake. No digestive discomfort so far. Honestly, the “for men” label is just marketing — it’s the same effective creatine monohydrate. It’s a good option if you want a clean supplement that just gets the job done.
