Very fine, easily dissolving. Perfect

The micronised creatine that Ritua has is great because it dissolves much better than other creatine I use. I use creatine for the cognitive benefits such as brain fog and working faster and Ritua is perfect for that!

Pure, easy-mixing creatine with excellent value in the twin pack

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) This is exactly what I want from a creatine product: one ingredient, no sweeteners, no flavours and no unnecessary extras. The micronised powder mixes easily into water, smoothies or protein drinks without noticeably changing the flavour. Although it is marketed towards women, the formula is simply pure creatine monohydrate, which is a positive rather than a gimmick. There is no complicated proprietary blend and the serving can be incorporated into both training and rest days. The two-pack provides 600g in total and represents much better value than repeatedly buying small tubs. A clean, practical option for anyone wanting consistent daily creatine without added ingredients.

Very fine powder that mixes well

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) The powder is incredibly fine almost like dust, which allows it to dissolve very quickly and easily. I have been mixing it with protein powder and did not have any grit left over with no change to the flavour. When mixed into just plain water, it leaves a slight flat taste, but it's still easy to drink. I didn't experience any stomach discomfort during the first week of using it. After consistent daily use for a week, I felt stronger and noticed a drop in fatigue levels after training sessions. The packaging itself is well-designed and the sealing strip works well, closing without leaving any air gaps that could let moisture in. There is no scoop included in the pouch however. The packaging suggests using half a teaspoon for a 3g serving, but this can make it hard to get an accurate measurement. Furthermore, a 3g dose might be too low depending on your specific training goals. For individuals focused on strength training, increasing to a 5g dose would be more appropriate. Overall. a clean high-quality supplement.

Creatine that works fine, but feels more like an intro product than a keeper

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) This creatine definitely contains the real thing – if I take too much, I get the same kind of stomach upset I’ve had with my usual creatine, which is a good sign it’s not just filler. Functionally, the dose size and general effect feel on par with other creatine monohydrate powders I’ve used. I’m not convinced by the “for women” positioning beyond the packaging and general marketing language. The women in my household didn’t notice any difference between this and the other unflavoured creatine we already had, and there’s nothing obvious in the formula that sets it apart in a gender-specific way. In terms of usability, the solubility is average: it mixes, but in plain water it drops out fairly quickly, so you need to give your bottle a shake before each sip. It behaves much better in smoothies, where it stays dispersed and basically disappears into the texture, which is probably the best way to use it. Price-wise, it’s on the expensive side for unflavoured creatine monohydrate, especially given you can get a kilo of other reputable brands for a similar cost. Two smaller bags might help keep it fresher over time, but it still doesn’t shift the overall value. For me, this feels more like an approachable, nicely branded entry point for someone new to creatine rather than a supplement staple, and we won’t be switching our regular “house creatine” to this one.

gender‑targeted marketing doesn’t reflect the actual product

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) This creatine powder is a clean, fine‑textured micronised monohydrate that mixes smoothly into water, smoothies or coffee without affecting flavour, making it easy to take daily. The packaging looks tidy and is easy to open, and despite being marketed as “for women,” it’s simply standard creatine with no added ingredients — suitable for anyone. The powder dissolves well with minimal grit, and the twin‑pack offers good long‑term value. There’s no scoop included, so you’ll need to measure your own 3g serve, but once you get used to the fine texture it’s straightforward. After consistent use, it performs just like other high‑quality creatine, supporting training and recovery without any side effects.

Tastes great.

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) The powder itself feels light and fine, dissolving quickly in water or a smoothie without clumping. I mixed a single 3 g serving in a glass of water and it dissolved within seconds, leaving no gritty texture. The taste is truly neutral, making it easy to incorporate into any routine. I have been using 5 g per day and the product continues to perform consistently, supporting my strength and endurance goals. The product is manufactured in Australia and meets Australian standards for purity and quality. The absence of a measuring scoop is noted, but the powder’s consistency allows easy estimation by hand or with a kitchen scale. Overall, this creatine delivers on its promise of high‑grade, micronised powder that mixes well, tastes neutral, and supports performance. The packaging is robust, the labeling is clear, and the product feels premium. I give it a 5‑star rating for its excellent build quality, accurate specifications, and practical usability.

No nasties and mixes well

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I am impressed with this creatine powder. I really like that it is unflavoured, because I do not like the flavoured ones, and this one doesn't add any unpleasant taste to my shake. The powder is fine enough that it blends well with everything else, and I haven't noticed it becoming lumpy or anything like that. I really like that it does not come with any added sugars or other nasties since I am very health conscious. I like that it comes in two resealable packs, keeping the powder fresh, because I do forget to take it sometimes and it won't go stale as quickly. The packs are small enough that they are easy to store, much preferable to other types of packaging for me since I do not have much storage space. You do not need much powder per dose, so this dual pack with last a really long time.

Seems like great quality creatine

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) This creatine powder is simple, effective, and easy to fit into a daily routine without any fuss. It's a great value pack and I love the luxe look of the packaging. It's 100% micronised creatine monohydrate and I find this makes a noticeable difference when mixing compared to different creatine formulations or mixes. The powder dissolves smoothly with minimal grit or clumping. I also appreciate that it’s unflavoured, which makes it really versatile. I’ve added it to water, smoothies, and protein shakes without it affecting the taste much at all. The pack of two is great value and lasts a long time even with regular use. After consistent use alongside workouts, I’ve noticed better performance during training and improved recovery. Creatine is well research and is one of my supplement staples to support strength and muscle recovery. It's worth noting that while this is marketed for women, it contains the same ingredients as other pure creatine products (and the version for men), it just has cuter packaging. Overall, this is a high-quality, straightforward creatine supplement that does exactly what it promises. If you want an easy-to-use creatine without unnecessary flavours or fillers in a good value pack, this is a fantastic option.

Dissolves well, and provides that extra boost.

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) My wife has been using this for a few weeks now, and has provided great feedback. She primarily uses it for group fitness classes (BodyPump) to help with endurance, and as a first time user of creatine she gives it the thumbs up! She says she is able to push through the fatigue while using it, and finds her strength is slightly improved while using it. It took a couple of weeks for her to notice the difference. It dissolves well, and is tasteless so can be taken as is or included in protein shakes. One thing that is interesting though, is that it is marketed for women, whereas in reality creatine is creatine - and there is no difference whether this product is used by men or women. She thought it may have had some additional vitamins or something added specifically targeted to women, but actually it just has 100% creatine monohydrate. It may be that the recommended dosage for women is less than it is for men (as men typically have greater muscle mass) - but otherwise it's a little bit of a marketing trick. But - Recommended! (by my wife!)

Easy Daily Creatine Without the Gritty Texture

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I’ve been using this daily and really like how easy it is to mix compared to some other creatines. Because it’s micronised, it dissolves much better and doesn’t leave that thick gritty texture sitting at the bottom of the drink. I also like that it’s unflavoured, which makes it simple to add into water, smoothies, or protein shakes without changing the taste. Having a two pack is handy as well because it lasts a long time and means one less thing to remember to reorder constantly. Overall, this is a really practical creatine option for everyday use. Easy to take, mixes well, and simple to fit into a regular health or training routine.

A decent way to take creatine for women, men and everyone else

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) Creatine for anyone*,no reason this isn't just as beneficial for guys but I guess that's marketing. The powder is fine, no significant flavour it mixes in well with anything so it's easy to take. The packaging is nice, good design, easy to open and scoop out some powder and easy to read the product information. Have switched to this from my usual creAtine brand and haven't noticed ayn difference, so the quality must be good and haven't had any problems, no adverse efects etc. Happy with it, it's easy to take so I will continue taking.

Fine powder

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I ordered this because I've been reading up about how creatine can help women, especially women going through perimenopause or menopause. This brand powder is high quality. The powder is very fine and not gritty like another cheaper brand that I've bought before this. I've took creatine from another brand before and it made me nauseous and bloated. This Ritua creatine monohydrate powder seems to be okay for me. I like how creatine makes me mind so much clearer and I feel more energetic on it. Like all creatine supplements, this creatine does dehydrate us a bit so be sure to drink lots of water when taking it.

Clean, effective, and mixes better than most powders

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I have tried quite a few different brands of creatine, but this is definitely a standout for a daily fitness routine. The fact that it is 100% micronised makes a massive difference in the texture. It is an incredibly fine powder that actually dissolves into water or a smoothie without leaving that annoying gritty sand at the bottom of the glass. Since it is completely unflavoured, it is really versatile. I usually just mix it into my morning smoothie or a post-workout shake and you literally cannot tell it is there. There are no fillers, added sugars, or weird additives, which I really appreciate when trying to keep a clean diet. Getting a pack of two (600g total) is great value for the price and ensures you won't run out for a while. It’s a very straightforward, high-quality supplement that does exactly what it's supposed to do without any unnecessary extras

Supports Muscle Strenght and Healthy Aging

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) Creatine Monohydrate helps supports Muscle Strenght & Growth inlcuding Boosting your Energy Level which then also supports Fatigue, this Creatine Monohydrate also helps you recover after your Gym Session, this supplement powder is actually not just for Women as Men can also use this Supplement Powder, I myself is a Male Guy and before i got this I searched on the internet and found out that Men can also take this supplement powder and has the same benefits, although Women need to take larger amount of this compared to men like myself. I personaly have only been taking 1 teaspoon of this powder which i would either add with my coffee or my smoothie, this powder is tasteless which is great as you can pretty much add this to any of your drinks !!! Highly recommend this for anyone like myself looking to help boost Muscle Strenght & Energy Level !!!

Easy to mix and nicely packaged

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) This creatine is fairly easy to use and drink. My wife mixes it into smoothies and cereal, and so far she has had no issue with the taste, which is good for an unflavoured powder. The packaging also feels better than expected. The plastic packs are thick, well sealed and have a more premium look compared with some basic supplement bags. Overall, it is easy to add into a daily routine, mixes well enough, and feels like a good quality creatine product.

Soft, clean creatine that mixes beautifully — noticeably higher quality than other brands

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) This creatine really stands out the moment you open the packet. I’ve used other products from this brand before and they’ve always been excellent quality, and this one is no different. The powder is incredibly soft, fine and properly micronised — none of that clumpy, coarse texture you sometimes get with cheaper creatine. It dissolves quickly in water, juice or a smoothie without leaving grit or affecting the flavour. The two‑pack is great value, and each 300g bag gives you plenty to work with. Being unflavoured makes it easy to add into any routine without overthinking it. Creatine does take a few weeks of consistent use to feel the full benefits, so long‑term results will depend on sticking with it. But based on texture, mixability and purity alone, this is already a step above many other brands I’ve tried. Overall, a clean, easy‑to‑use creatine that feels high quality from the very first scoop

Pure unflavoured creatine that mixes well – the jury's still out on long-term results

[Set name: 300g (Pack of 2)](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0GWM5JHBL/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I got this 2‑pack of Ritua Creatine Monohydrate for my sister, and while she hasn't used it for weeks yet, a few things stand out straight away. The powder is super fine – micronised – so it dissolves easily in water or a smoothie without that gritty texture that some creatines have. It's unflavoured, which is a bonus because you can mix it into anything without messing with the taste. The 300g per bag gives you a decent supply, and the price is reasonable for the quality. On the downside, creatine is one of those supplements that takes time to notice a difference. It's too early to say if it'll actually boost her strength or speed up recovery – that'll depend on consistent use over a few weeks. Also, some women worry about bloating or water retention when starting creatine. That's a known thing with some formulas, but this one is pure and micronised, which tends to be easier on the stomach. So, for now: great texture, easy to use, and a clean ingredient list. But the real proof will be in how she feels after a month of taking it. Looks promising, but I'll update after a proper trial, if she has any issues.

Taste-test passed! No nasty fillers or sweetness.

[Set name: 1 Kg](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0FX5WNHPK/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I picked this up for my mum to help with her post-workout recovery. Her doctor suggested she try Creatine since she’s been hitting the gym and really working her muscles (and definitely feeling the soreness!). Mum is quite sensitive to taste and hates anything overly sweet or packed with artificial fillers. She just adds a scoop to her water bottle, gives it a shake, and drinks it down. Her verdict was: "It doesn’t actually taste like anything, it’s just a little bit chalky." She usually adds a splash of cordial to mask that texture, but even when we were out of cordial, she still finished the whole thing without a drama. As for how well it works? It’s hard to say with supplements after just a few goes, but any bit of extra support to help a senior stay active is a massive bonus. If your main concern is finding a supplement that isn't a "sugar bomb" and is easy to drink, this is a winner.

Mixes well and tasteless

It is not entirely clear to me why this is marketed specifically for women considering it is just one hundred percent pure creatine. Putting the marketing aside it is actually a really good product. The powder mixes incredibly well and dissolves easily into water without leaving any gritty clumps behind. It is also pretty much completely tasteless which are exactly the main things I look for when choosing my creatine. Overall it is a very solid product that performs exactly as it should.

As a man taking this creatine, I have no side effects to report. This is nicely packaged and branded Creatine aimed at women for reasons I'm sure exist. For me, it is a quality creatine that mixes well and leaves no aftertaste.

High-quality product, working well for me

[Set name: 1 Kg](https://www.amazon.com.au/portal/customer-reviews/B0FX5WNHPK/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_fmt?formatType=current_format) I've been taking this for over a month now. I'm new to creatine, so I don't have much to compare this to, but I have to say it has been a flawless experience. The powder is super-fine, tasteless, odourless, and mixes brilliantly into cold water, which is the way I've been taking it, along with some other supplements like psyllium husk and gut powder. I have a really messed up gut at the moment, and this has had no affect on that (positive or negative) – that's a big win for me. I have only just started some strength training with heavier weights over the past month, and I feel like I'm coping well using this powder. I also feel like I've been sleeping reasonably well, which is uncommon for me. I am a perimenopausal woman, and I do think my energy has also been better since starting this. I may just be converted to the hype, and this product is super premium and has worked well for me.
